Best Death Scenes Ever!

I am always amazed by the ingenious ways writers use to knock their characters off .
Some of my all time favs are : the first scene in Ghostship where pretty much everyone above a certain height gets sliced in 2.
I think it was a Scream movie where the girl tries to crawl through a catflap and the killer raises the garage door.
All the dream sequences from the Final destination movies are awesome!
And the list goes on....

So what I want to know: What did you find memorable?

Talking about elevators. The Shining, where all that blood comes pouring out of the elevator.
I think that part was actually sensored in Die Oue Suid Afrika...

My recent death scene horror I saw late one night on Cable TV was in Kill Bill 2 when he opens up the case for money and a black Mamba bites him a few times on the face. All snake scenes freak me out. And No I have not gone to see Snakes on a Plane.

Falls over shakes (as they do) then dies. 5seconds later he gets up, walks to the coffee table, eats a cookie, and dies again!

in freddy's dead the kid with the hearing aid gets a special head explosion when freddy drops a thousand or so pins. great scene.

oh and tye diggs charchter in Equilibrium....it's great cos you think there's gonna be this awesome sumarai sword showdown between him and christian bale bu there isn't...bale just slices his face off one time....awesome...

and talking about bale...when he pummells jared leto with an axe in american psycho....take that you emo whiny boy hahahaha
